This privacy policy explains how Inner Magic Mum ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our website, take our quiz, sign up to receive emails, or purchase from us.

We are the data controller for the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details you give us directly: name, email address, and any answers you provide when you take our quiz or sign up to a mailing list.

• Quiz responses: the answers you submit through our quiz, and the result category you're assigned, so we can send you relevant follow-up content.

• Purchase information: if you buy a product or programme from us (such as Full Moon Reset or The Inner Village), we or our payment processor (Stripe) collect the information needed to process that transaction.

• Technical data automatically generated as you browse, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to the extent our tools capture this.

We do not knowingly collect data from children. Our content is written for parents and is not directed at or intended to collect information from minors.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Send you the content you've requested (quiz results, lead magnets, email sequences)

• Send marketing emails about our programmes and offers, where you've consented to receive them

• Process and fulfil purchases

• Improve our website, content, and offers

• Meet our legal and accounting obligations

3. Our legal basis for processing

• Consent - for marketing emails and the quiz. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.

• Contract - where processing is necessary to deliver something you've purchased.

• Legitimate interests - for basic website operation and improving our service, balanced against your rights.

4. Tools that process your data

We use third-party platforms to run our website, quiz, email sequences, and sales. As of this policy's last update, these are:

• Funnel Sketchers - automation and email/funnel platform. Used to send follow-up sequences and manage leads.

• Lovable - the platform hosting our quiz. Used to collect your quiz answers and connect them to your email address.

• Stripe - used to process payments securely. We do not store your full card details ourselves.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy and security terms, which we've reviewed as part of choosing them as processors.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website and quiz may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for their core functionality (for example, keeping track of your progress through the quiz). If we add analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising pixels (such as Meta/Facebook Pixel) in future, we will update this policy and display a cookie consent banner giving you the choice to accept or decline non-essential cookies, in line with UK PECR requirements.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for - for example, for as long as you remain subscribed to our emails, plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, or as required by law (such as financial records relating to a purchase).

Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as those providers' compliance with recognised data transfer mechanisms, to ensure your data continues to receive an equivalent level of protection.
